Expected delivery time of 5-7 business days applies. The delivery time depends on the location. The expected delivery time in business days, as mentioned in the advertisement of the product, differs per shipping Location.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPMENT COSTS?
No, Delivery all over Pakistan is Free on all Changhong Ruba Products.
The buyer is responsible for the correct delivery address when making a purchase. If the shipment goes wrong due to a fault made by the buyer, Changhong Ruba is not responsible for a (partial) loss of the order. If we need additional details to send the package, we will approach the buyer for this. This can lead to a delay of the shipment.
Changhong Ruba will make every effort to deliver the order within the expected delivery period to the delivery address. If there is a delay in shipping, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible after placing the order. In that case, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract without any costs. Changhong Ruba carries the risk of loss or damage of the shipment until the package has been delivered unless otherwise agreed.
When the buyer receives a product that he has not ordered, he should inform Changhong Ruba of this as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) by e-mail. The buyer will arrange for the return of the product after consultation and will be reimbursed for the Product cost. The buyer can send the product back within 07 days after delivery without a special reason. He will be refunded the purchase amount. The return costs are not reimbursed.
If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, he should contact the Changhong Ruba customer service as soon as possible. This can be done via firstname.lastname@example.org or in response to the information that the customer has already received from us. We will then decide how the matter will be dealt with. In most cases, you will receive a new product immediately, but you may also need to return the watch first. If the customer returns the product without first contacting, he cannot reclaim the costs incurred at Changhong Ruba. If a shipment has not yet been delivered to the buyer’s delivery address within 14 days of the shipping date, he is required to contact Changhong Ruba via e-mail within 14 days.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made within 6 hours of the order being placed. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfilment and cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied to post-orders.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:
- The product is damaged, defected or incomplete.
- The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
- The product is in its original and undamaged packing (carefully opened package will not be considered damaged).
- The product received does not match the Specs ordered.
IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM FROM CHANGHONG RUBA
We take great care in packaging our products, so they are transported worthy. None the less, if an item ordered by you on Changhong Ruba was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of material received. We will contact the courier partner and initiate a transit damage claim. Once the material is received back, replacements will be sent out to you.
